Warranty Information

PCP will repair or replace the product at their discretion if deemed under warranty. Consumers are required to conform to the following.

  • Product to be returned to Distributor for initial assessment
  • Provide copy of receipt of purchase
  • Provide copy of completed Warranty Claim Form
  • Product to be returned to PCP for final assessment 
  • Shipping costs incurred for both the return of product and the delivery of any new product,part or replacement product is at the consumers own cost
  • Does not cover dents,scratches or blemishes which occur after purchase date
  • Does not cover consumable items subject to "wear & tear"
  • Does not cover user negligence, accident or improper installation
  • Does not cover unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Consumers are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
